Trio from Helsinki that plays rhythmic and energetic soul, funk, and jazz.

Apollo Orchestra

A versatile party band that can play anything from rock, pop, and jazz to ”iskelmä”-music, folk, and funk.
Their repertoire covers over 400 songs, from radio hits to waltz.

WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO?

Eat some street food from Kårkaféerna and Street Food Bar.
Challenge your friends in a sumo wrestling match.
Play garden games, such as mölkky and kubb.
Chill on the grass or in the couches and chairs from Ekotori.
Take some photos and print them on the Partyprint by using hashtag #åakärlek.

 

TICKETS

The event is free of charge for ÅAU students and staff members, but to enter the Street Festival you need a festival passport.
See more information below about how you will get your own passport, whether you’re a student or a staff member.

The festival passport includes:

– One portion of street food
– One drink (0,25 l beer or cider, or 0,5 l soda)

Note: People that take part in the ÅAU inscription don’t need to sign up for the festival passport. More information about the inscription here.
During the inscription these people will automatically get a festival passport.

Students

During week 35 (26.8-1.9) you can register via the form below.
You also have to come and get your festival passport before the event, either 3.9 or 4.9. See schedule below.
